What to Serve with Creamy Vegetarian Pasta
If you are having a creamy sauce you might want something light and fresh to have along side of it. One of my go-to side dish is a fresh salad.
- Dill and Feta Chopped Salad
- Simple Side Salad with Homemade Italian Dressing
- Spinach and Arugula Salad with Apples and Pecans
You could also serve this with a crusty bread like a french baguette or garlic bread to help soak up all those extra flavors.
How to Serve Leftover Pasta
When you have a creamy pasta you may find it doesn’t reheat the same as when you have it fresh. Store leftovers pasta is in an airtight container in the fridge. The perfect way to reheat your pasta is to add a little bit of water to help thin out the sauce while you reheat it. When it sits in the fridge it starts to dry out so adding in that water helps heat up the pasta as well as make the sauce creamy again.
I hope you enjoy these. Let me know what your favorite creamy vegetarian pasta recipe is!
